I have a 2000 Protege LX that I've had since new. For the last 3 - 4 years, every summer when I use the a/c the passenger side floor get soaked. It is not the a/c drain getting clogged, I've had it unclogged numerous times and it drains nicely. The floor continues to get really soaked. It doesn't happen n the winter or when I'm not using the a/c, so it's definately a/c related. My mechanics could not figure out where the water was coming from. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a way I can get to the a/c unit w/o destroying the inside of my car, could the casing be cracked?
